The Second Day
Woke up, went to check the realm. Nothing could have changed much, right? I was certainly wrong. I mean, the day before, everyone built in their plots, there was a controversial wrestling match in Spencer's plot and people were stunned at their statues.
When I logged on, I was a little confused. There was a massive cobblestone tower emerging from the horizon. Jake was building spleef. At that point I was a little worried as it looked like he built it right on top of the racetrack and the railway. He'd only built on top of some railway track, because he thought it was a border.
My rule was to only build in the plot but this made me realise that people could contribute to the main areas with their own builds. That is when I said you can build in my area with permission only.
I also allowed people to expand their plots, which was possible for most people but rather unfair for George as his plot backed up onto the Creative tent and he was kind of stuck for space.
The Lagoon was made into a ride, as I enclosed the area behind the rocky hill and made a pretty quick, morning job cheap ride. It went pretty much unnoticed for quite a while.
I also started work on a Ghost Train, but other jobs put that on hold. I wanted to expand past the racetrack and then the idea for a bigger Turkey HQ and an airport sprouted up, and I started building that.
But the realm was literally much more popular than I expected. I thought it would be a "use the trial and then cancel because nobody cared" thing, but, I was wrong. People loved it. I now pay £5.59 every month for this, and I think it is money well spent.
