Preface - Dec and The Shulker Wars

2nd December 2020

Tyler launches SweatSurvival, a survival server for us all to play on as friends

4th December 2020

Oscar, Spencer, then Bailey create The Cod Gang, a group on the server and Discord in an attempt to form a group against Tyler and alleged misuse of admin on the 'survival' server, and to have a group to play together as.

5th December 2020

Ash (me) joins the Cod Gang.

6th December 2020

I (Ash) start work on a gamemode detector, in an attempt to catch Tyler using creative mode. This is the same day that Dec found our original base. As far as we are aware, he didn't do anything while there, even though he wasn't welcome.

Helen then joins the Cod Gang, and released some of Tyler's sheep, in an attempt tell him to stop arguing with me. The same day, me and Spencer are banned, I was banned for 'arguing', and Spencer for taking a few of Dec's shulkers as a joke. This was probably the first incident that annoyed Dec, and eventually lead to his mistake.

Helen is then banned shortly after when Tyler figures out that it must have been her who released the sheep and moved some items between Dec and Tyler's bases, even though she had barely played on the server and didn't really care.

7th December 2020

We are unbanned, continue work on our base, and Jake joins the group.

11th December 2020

Joe finds the base while we are offline, and logs in at our base.

12th December 2020

Ash releases the Cod Gang capes mod, for a bit of fun :)

13th December 2020 - The day of 'The Incident'

The afternoon, just before 3:00PM, most of us go on the server, and work on our base some more, and then log off, planning to come back later. Then, while we are away, it happens. Dec finds our base, somehow finding a secret tunnel Tom built to the base from the spawn area, and destroys large areas of 'Camp Cod'. Oscar sees first, and sends a message on Discord:

Tyler destroyed our base

In the chaos of us trying to get Tyler to accept that Dec should be permanently banned, Tyler decides to take the way out of removing all conversations, so unfortunately I don't have many records of the incident:

The aftermath

After this, Ash restarted her survival server, which we played on until January, before we moved onto where we are today, the TurkeyTown realm, run by Helen. Initially, Tyler tried to restart his server and restore bases, however, trust had already been lost in his administrative position: Eventually, Tyler also gave up on restarting his server, deciding to restart it in this announcement: Suffice to say, this didn't take off, and saw very little activity.
